1 Basic performance:

Material: Composed of a soft, flame-retardant polyolefin heat-shrink tubing combined with a flexible, shrinkable conductive layer.
Usage: By heating the surface of the polyolefin heat-shrink tubing, it shrinks simultaneously with the conductive layer, providing effective EMI shielding for cable/connector terminals.

Shielding heat-shrink tubing is lighter and easier to install than traditional metal braid shielding, with shielding effectiveness ranging from 35 dB to 70 dB in the frequency band of 14 kHz to 10 GHz.
Shrinkage temperature range: 120℃~190℃;
Operating temperature range: -55℃ to +135℃.

 

Application uses:

High-efficiency shielding—featuring an exceptionally wide shielding bandwidth, effective from 14 kHz to 10 GHz, and capable of meeting the stringent requirements of electronic devices. Shielding cut and shrinkable after trimming.
The shielding effectiveness reaches over 50 dB, significantly higher than that of conventional shielded cables.
Lightweight—Compared to commonly used wave-prevention sleeves, electromagnetic shielding heat-shrink tubing can reduce weight by more than 35%, and in small-diameter specifications, the weight reduction exceeds 60%.
Good flexibility—thanks to the shielding layer being made of a polymer material, it exhibits excellent flexibility and can be bent arbitrarily without causing any damage to the shielding layer.
Easy to use—construction is convenient and quick, using a commonly available heat gun.
Customizable—available in various specifications according to customer requirements.
