Product Details
Basic performance:
Material: Transparent heat-shrink sealing sleeve and pre-fabricated mid-position low-temperature soldering component;
Shrink ratio: 2:1;
Starting shrinkage temperature: 80℃;
Full shrinkage temperature: 155℃;
Continuous operating temperature: -55℃ to 125℃.
Performance features:
The transparent insulating sleeve provides encapsulation, detectability, stress relief, and insulation.
The sealed protective tube with a pre-welded solder assembly built-in provides a controlled welding process procedure.
The sealing rings built into both ends of the protective conduit provide a temperature-indication function: the rings will melt and visibly change color only when the surfaces to be joined reach the correct welding temperature, thereby ensuring a properly welded connection.
Integrated design for easy installation and low installation costs;
The optional pre-installed grounding wire offers convenience and ease of installation.
