Basic performance:
Material: fluoropolymer heat-shrinkable sealing sheath, pre-soldered solder preform;
shrinkage ratio: 2:1;
start shrinkage temperature: 140°C;
complete shrinkage temperature: 170°C;
continuous use temperature: -55°C～+150°C
Features:
Clear insulating sleeve provides encapsulation, detectability, strain relief and insulation;
hermetic sheath built-in pre-soldered solder preform provides a controlled soldering process process;
one-piece design for easy installation and low installation cost;
optional pre- assembled A ground wire provides convenience and ease of installation.
The built-in sealing ring at both ends of the sealing protection tube provides temperature indication function, and only when the surface to be joined reaches the correct welding temperature, the ring will melt and show a clear color change, thus ensuring correct welding connection;
Application use:
For shield ground terminal soldering applications.
