Product Details
Basic performance:
Material: elastomer silicone rubber and silicone adhesive;
thermal stability temperature: 180°C;
continuous use temperature: -50°C to 200°C.
Features:
Anti-humidity, anti-oxidation, anti-ozone;
good adhesion around complex shapes, uniform and smooth;
self-adhesive within 24 hours at room temperature;
surface is not sticky, does not adhere to other surfaces or objects;
shock absorption, heat resistance , Anti-mechanical shock and anti-corona;
flame retardant, non-conductive ash is generated when burning.
Application use:
Military aerospace and automotive thermal insulation and molded heat shields;
flame retardant substrates for flexible heaters;
coil insulation for pipes and engines.
Instructions:
Properly stretch the tape, 1/2 overlaps and wraps forward to form a squeeze effect, and the starting and ending positions need to be completely overlapped and wound.
