1 Basic performance:

Material: High-performance crosslinked irradiated fluororubber;
Shrink ratio: 2:1;
Starting shrinkage temperature: 150℃;
Full shrinkage temperature: 200℃;
Continuous operating temperature: -55℃ to 200℃.

 

Performance features:

Soft, highly flame-retardant, and resistant to high and low temperatures;
Good high-impact resistance and wear-resistant coating protection;
It remains flexible at low temperatures without becoming brittle and cracking.
It can withstand the corrosion of various lubricants, fuels, acids, and solvent chemicals at a high temperature of 200℃.

 

Application uses:

In situations requiring long-term heat resistance protection;
Mechanical protection for electrical or hydraulic systems around aircraft and automobile engines, engines, or fuel tanks;
Insulation protection for power cable terminals and separation/jointing points in military equipment, high-speed trains, and naval vessels.
