Product Details
Basic performance:
Material: Silicone rubber and high-performance elastomer;
Shrink ratio: 1.7:1;
Shrinking start temperature: 170℃;
Full shrinkage temperature: 200℃;
Continuous operating temperature: -55℃ to 200℃.
Performance features:
Very soft and elastic, bendable;
High-temperature fluid, long-term heat resistance;
Withstands voltage, corona discharge, and is acid- and alkali-resistant with strong insulation properties;
Good mechanical performance in resisting puncture and stab damage, as well as properties such as resistance to aging.
Application uses:
Equipment and applications with certain requirements for product flexibility and temperature resistance;
Rust and corrosion prevention treatments for metal products, wire marking or color coding, etc.;
Wire connections, solder joint protection, protection and insulation of wire ends, wire harnesses, and electronic components.
