Product Details
Basic performance:
Material: Crosslinked elastomeric rubber;
Shrink ratio: 2:1;
Shrinking start temperature: 140℃;
Full shrinkage temperature: 175℃;
Continuous operating temperature: -55℃ to 150℃.
Performance features:
Soft, highly flame-retardant, and resistant to high and low temperatures;
Lightweight, space-saving, and weight-reducing;
Wear-resistant, high-temperature fluid-resistant, and long-term heat resistance;
Resistant to the corrosion of aviation and diesel fuels, hydraulic fluids, and aviation oils.
Application uses:
Insulation cover protection for racing vehicle wiring harnesses;
Used in conjunction with heat-shrink tubing for harness branching shaping and mechanical protection;
Wear-resistant covering and protective materials for high-performance cables and wire harnesses in the military industry.
