Product Details
Basic performance:
Material: cross-linked polyolefin outer layer, lined with hot melt adhesive;
shrinkage ratio: 3:1, 4:1;
start shrinkage temperature: 80°C;
complete shrinkage temperature: 150°C;
continuous working temperature: -55°C ~135°C.
Features:
Soft, highly flame retardant, mil-spec grade material;
wall thickness after shrinkage can enhance mechanical protection and reduce stress relief;
large shrinkage ratio, covering a wide range of sealing from connector to cable;
adhesive has a wide operating temperature range and can be bonded Compatible with a variety of plastics, rubber and metals, including PVC, aluminum, steel and copper;
effectively shield oil and water vapor, and protect wiring harnesses from corrosion and water seepage.
Application use:
Environmentally friendly sealing , moisture, water and corrosion protection for a variety of electrical applications;
liner adhesive effectively seals back-end connectors, splitters and connector-to-cable transitions;
Repairs damaged cable sheaths with connectors removed.
