Viton heat-shrinkable tube connections are generally used for strip-steel raised polyethylene spiral corrugated tubes with a diameter of less than 1200mm. The connection needs to be based on the actual processing technology of the heat-shrinkable tube (belt). When using fluororubber heat-shrinkable tubes for connection, the two ends of the hydraulic steel pipes to be connected should be aligned, leaving no gaps as much as possible. When heating the heat-shrinkable sleeve, attention should be paid to the flame temperature. It can be heated slowly from the middle of the heat-shrinkable sleeve to both sides, or gradually heated from one end to the other end, so that all the vapor between the heat-shrinkable tube and the fittings can be removed, so that it is compatible with the heat-shrinkable sleeve. The pipe fittings are all satisfied, and at the same time, the hot melt should be precipitated from the fluorine rubber heat shrinkable tube.
Heat shrink tubing is an excellent electrical insulator. Finding a cheaper voltage for heat shrink tubing can be difficult. However, two layers are still sufficient for 120V or 230V insulation. For lower voltages, one layer of piping is sufficient. Traditional heat shrink does not conduct electricity. After all, that's why it's such a good insulator. However, you can find shrink tubing with a conductive interior. Known as "solder-sealed wire connectors," these parts are ideal for making weld-tight connections in cars or boats.
While there are many heat shrinkable materials, polyolefins are by far the most common. Fluorine rubber heat shrinkable tube has flame retardant, insulation layer, heat resistance, softness and good ductility. When exposed to high temperatures (70-90 degrees), it will shut down. Heat shrink tubing is a common part of the exposed, connected and crossed sections of cables and wires within the wiring head. Choose a suitable heat-shrinkable sleeve, put it on the wiring head, heat it with a hot air torch, close the heat-shrinkable sleeve, and then cover the connector bracket. The heater can be made tightly according to the application situation, and has functions such as insulation layer and safety protection.
